Das Haus liegt im Fürstenbergweg. "Neue Heimat" - so nennen die Einheimischen dieses sehr ruhige Wohngebiet von Titisee. Zum See und dem lebendigen Ortszentrum sind es dennoch nur wenige Gehminuten. Aber auch zu unserem neuen, tollen Spaßbad mit Palmenoase und Galaxy sind es nur ca. 10 Gehminuten. Gleich um die Ecke gibt es einen Kinderspielplatz und es beginnen zahlreiche Wanderwege z.B. zum Hochfirst, dem Hausberg von Titisee-Neustadt. Und wenn Sie Ihren Wagen stehen lassen möchten: zum Bahnhof ist es ebenfalls nicht weit.
