The Fluhenstein apartment is located on the eastern edge of Sonthofen. Due to its central location, everyday shopping such as bakeries and groceries can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. You can set off by car or take the free city bus/ring bus to explore a variety of activities in the area. Sonthofen is a city of short distances. In 5 minutes you can be in the city or outdoors in nature. A bus stop is nearby (30m), and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the train station.
From the southwest balcony of the apartment, you have a view of the Grünten and the Nagelfluh chain, as well as the Hörner group. After an eventful day, you can relax and enjoy beautiful sunsets.
The Allgäu-Walser-Pass is available to you during your stay. To use it, you need to fill out your registration form from home and complete the online check-in! After that, download the Allgäu-Walser app and activate your pass there. You will have access to numerous discounts as well as free bus rides with the Allgäu-Walser-Pass.
The centrally located holiday apartment is situated on the first floor of a multi-family house. In our bright and sunny 2-room holiday apartment (70 sqm) you will find:
1 large bedroom with a high-quality box spring bed (180cm * 200cm) and a large sliding wardrobe with a mirror element.
1 bathroom with sink, toilet, and walk-in shower.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, electric stove with ceramic cooktop and oven. Small appliances such as a fully automatic coffee machine, kettle, egg cooker, toaster, waffle maker, hand mixer, microwave, and other utensils for daily cooking/baking needs are available. There is also children's dishes and drinking cups for our little guests. A seating area with 2 bar stools is also included, so nothing stands in the way of cooking and chatting together.
The cozy living/dining area invites you to enjoy an extensive breakfast, lunch, or dinner. A large sofa with a chaise longue (sleeper function: proper mattress 160cm * 200cm with slatted frame) and a smart TV also allow for less action-packed days. From here you can access the southwest balcony with a wonderful mountain view of the Grünten, Mittag, and the Horn group. Sufficient balcony furniture including a sun umbrella is available.
1 garage which should be used as a parking space. The parking spaces in the courtyard belong to the other residents. Please do not park in front of the garages or across from them!
A communal garden belongs to the holiday apartment, which can also be used.
No pets are allowed in the house and in the holiday apartment!
No bed linen and towels provided!
A guest folder is available in the holiday apartment, where you will find important information about the apartment/facility as well as for leisure activities.
Pets and smoking in the holiday apartment are not allowed!
The Allgäu-Walser Pass, which allows you to take advantage of numerous discounts and travel by bus for free, will be issued to you after you have filled out your registration form and completed the online check-in. You can then activate the Allgäu-Walser Pass via the Allgäu-Walser app, which you must download and install.
