This beautiful villa found its place in the small Istrian village of Zartinj. Zartinj is located in the north-western part of the Istrian peninsula, just 4 km from the town of Labin and only 7 km from the famous tourist town Rabac.

Villa Royal Green has four furnished bedrooms with double beds. Each room has its own bathroom and an additional toilet for common use. The bedrooms have their own LCD TV. Villa has its own sauna, jacuzzi and children playground in garden.

In the garden of the villa there is a large swimming pool (45 m2).
Please note this property will only accept youth groups or stag/hen parties subject to payment of a refundable security deposit. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 28 or under. If you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, you will be asked to pay the security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused by you to the property during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit before being returned to you.
