The luxurious Villa Mons Caldera will delight you with its contemporary architectural style, modern exterior and beautiful interior. It is located in Kran in Istria, which at all times has a rich historical and cultural heritage dating back to the 11th century. What Villa Mons Caldera offers you are many opportunities for fun, but also the possibility to try out cultural or sports activities that you can find in the immediate vicinity of Kran. Villa Mons Caldera has 2700 m2 of space, can accommodate a maximum of 10 people and guarantees you a wonderful holiday that you have always dreamed of. The villa has five bedrooms, two of which are located on the ground floor, one with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and the other with a bathroom with a shower. The remaining 3 bedrooms are located on the upper floor and have their own bathroom with shower. One of the aforementioned rooms has 2 single beds, while the other rooms have double beds. The villa has 1 separate WC and in a separate room there is a washing machine and an iron. On the ground floor of the villa, in addition to the bedrooms mentioned above, there is a living room with 2 sofas, table, TV and fireplace, where you can enjoy a relaxing panoramic view of the unspoilt nature that surrounds the villa. The modern equipped kitchen and dining room with seating for 10 is the ideal place to try out your cooking skills. The villa is fully equipped and has all the necessary facilities such as cooking utensils, an outdoor electric barbecue, Wi-Fi, an outdoor terrace and a luxurious pool, so you can relax whether you are travelling with a group of friends or accompanied by your own family. On the terrace, you can also swim in the refreshing 40 m² pool or sunbathe on 10 sun loungers and read your favourite book. There is a play area by the pool and thanks to the open garden, children can have fun in the green area without a care in the world. An outdoor dining table, ideal for 10 guests, next to which there is a seating set with a coffee table on one side and an outdoor barbecue on the other, is a great place and an opportunity to enjoy the evening in complete privacy. There are 4 private parking spaces in the yard. For guests who have already visited, Kran is a place that exudes a welcoming and beautiful nature and above all tranquillity that is hard to find these days. Taste delicious dishes that will awaken all your senses, explore the surrounding Istrian villages, rent bicycles or take part in wine and olive oil tours. There is also a rental boat with a skipper, beautiful beaches where you can go diving or fishing, and for those looking for an adrenaline holiday, there is hiking and water sports. Crane is definitely a place you will always want to return to, and it is also the perfect opportunity to create memories that you will take with you! * The organisation of parties in the villa is not permitted, people over 28 years of age are allowed to stay!
