Villa Moonstone is everything you need for a relaxing holiday after the accelerated pace of everyday life. This villa is a great choice for families and friends as it offers accommodation for a total of 12 people. The villa is divided into 3 levels, and on the first and second floor you will find fully equipped accommodation units, which are the perfect solution for visitors who want to spend their holiday with a larger group but may not want to give up their privacy. Comfort is not neglected either, as all bedrooms have air conditioning and a television.
In the courtyard of this modern villa you will find a spacious swimming pool and sun loungers to enjoy the warm rays of the sun. If you still want to enjoy your time in the shade, you can sit under the awning, where there is a dining table for 4 people and a coffee table. Continuing on, you can directly enter the inner part of the ground floor with a bedroom, bathroom en suite and kitchenette.
The modern yet neutral layout on the 1st floor of this villa makes the open-plan space of the living room, dining room and kitchen particularly pleasant. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and the dining table seats up to 6 people. To enjoy your meals outdoors, you are offered direct access to the balcony with a table for 6 people. There are also 3 modern and bright bedrooms on this level, 2 of which have en suite bathrooms, while the third bathroom is right next door. One of the bedrooms even has its own balcony with direct access from the room - just like in a hotel!
The first and second floors have a similar layout, and on the second floor the living room, kitchen and dining room, with a dining table for up to 8-10 people, form an open and airy space with direct access to the balcony, which is also furnished with a table for 6 people. There are two further tastefully furnished bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and the other with a bathroom right next to the room.
All these accommodation options have already made a good impression, but the roof terrace with outdoor whirlpool is the icing on the cake. The generously planted roof terrace offers you covered deckchairs and garden furniture, so you can enjoy the sunshine here even in the summer months. Enjoy the sunset with a cocktail in your hand on the roof of this beautiful villa!
The picture of this villa is rounded off by the fact that the property is completely fenced and there are 4 partially covered parking spaces in this inner part of the courtyard.Sveti Filip i Jakov is located in the immediate vicinity of Zadar and Biograd na Moru, as well as opposite the island of Paman. This small Dalmatian town overlooking the sea has a rich history, with the first written records of this town dating back to the 14th century. History lovers can explore historical monuments such as the Church of St Roko from the 11th century. This area was famous for the summer residences of noble families, as evidenced by the landmark Borelli House with Arboretum and Borelli Park, named after the noble family of the same name.
There are also numerous options for day trips. Enjoy the historic centre of Zadar, where you will find the Church of St. Donatus and attractions such as the Greeting to the Sun and the Sea Organ. Also visit the islands opposite, such as the small inhabited island of Babac, which is home to numerous historical sights. Don't miss a visit to the Kornati National Park or the Telaica Nature Park on Dugi otok. In the immediate vicinity, in the continental part, you will also find the Vransko jezero Nature Park.
