If you want to feel at home on vacation, then our Villa Anabel makes it possible. The modern family villa for a maximum of 4 adults and 3 children is located in the tranquil village of Kastelir on the west coast of Istria and offers you everything you could wish for on vacation with your family.
The heart of this vacation home is certainly the refreshing 24m2 pool in the garden. This is where you will spend most of your time - whether swimming in the pool, sunbathing on one of the comfortable sun loungers or grilling delicious specialties on the charcoal barbecue. There is also a small play area with a swing and slide for the little ones.
The covered terrace is also the perfect place to gather your loved ones, enjoy warm summer evenings together and plan excursions in the region.
From here you enter the modern, bright and fully air-conditioned interior, where the living room, dining area and well-equipped kitchen are all on one level with a guest toilet and laundry. On the upper floor you will spend restful nights in 3 comfortable bedrooms, including 2 bathrooms with shower. Two bedrooms have cozy double beds, the children's room has two single beds and a pull-out extra bed.
A very special highlight is the tavern on the first floor with an open fireplace, kitchen, bar and a large wooden table for great evenings. Your own personal wellness room with sauna and whirlpool is also located on the same level. Enjoy a well-deserved vacation with the family and relax from everyday life in the beautiful Villa Anabel.Kastelir is a small and quiet village, just a few kilometers outside the coastal towns of Porec and Novigrad. Porec is an important tourist center on the west coast of Istria. It is an ancient town from Roman times with 2000 years of history full of sights. In the old town is the Euphrasian Basilica from the 6th century, which is known for its numerous Byzantine mosaics. In addition, many other monuments make Porec a place worth exploring. Novigrad is a smaller place that was once a fishing village, which over the years has developed into an irresistible tourist center. However, Novigrad is not only a tourist destination, but also an architectural gem full of outstanding historical sights, rich heritage and preserved natural beauty. Novigrad is also one of the top gourmet destinations in Istria, where you can discover many gastronomic delights of Mediterranean cuisine.
