One bedroom is located on the first floor, another bedroom is on the upper floor, which also has a balcony from which you can also enjoy the enchanting view of the town of Motovun. The third bedroom has access on the first floor and inside the staircase to a gallery on the upper floor.
This villa is also extremely interesting because of the spacious additional leisure room on the lower floor, where you will find a pool table and darts, as well as a kitchen with a dining and games table and a sofa.

Vizinada is one of those places that you rarely find in the age of instant tourism. This beautiful village is located 20 km northeast of Porec. From the villa, the view over the Mirna valley is nothing less than breathtaking. Already overused in many travel articles, the word will not be enough for this place. The view changes every day. Between the hills and the mountains in the background lies the old medieval town of Motovun. Yes, 'breathtaking' is the right word here! Walk the small narrow path and you will see a scene that has not changed in 500 years. The village has remained natural, not carefully painted over to look new or superficially attractive. Its appeal lies in its lost-in-time character. You'll hardly find Vizinada in the travel books, so make a point of discovering it for yourself. All amenities are close by.
