Majoshaza liegt ca 20 min von Budapest direkt an der Donau, unser Haus liegt mit Garten hat einen direkten Steg an der Rackevei Donau (Altarm von der Donau). Im Umgebung hat es zahlreiche Fischerseen oder auch Freizeit Seen (Jade Beach)
Sie haben die Möglichkeit aus dem eigenen Garten zu Fischen oder auch andere Wassersportarten direkt von Ihrer Haustür zu unternehmen. Der Flughafen wie auch die Innerstadt von Budapest ist innert 20-30 mit dem Auto erreichbar.
Sie haben 3 Schlafzimmer und eine sehr grosse Wohnküche mit Sicht auf die Donau und unserem Garten. Die Zimmer sind auf 3 Stockwerke verteilt. 1 OG sind 2 Schlafzimmer und Bad, im EG die Küche das Bad und Wohnzimmer, unser Gartenzimmer ist im UG mit grossem Fenster und Sicht direkt auf den Garten. Die grosse Küche ist mit Raclettofen / Fondieset / Kontaktgrill / Backofen / Geschirrspüler / Kühlschrank mit Gefrier ausgestattet. Alle Schlafzimmer haben einen TV. Im Garten befindet sich ein grosser Pool und eine Pergola zum Draussen weilen. Direkt an der Donau ist unser Anlegesteg mit Motorboot und 50 meter weiter am Hauptstrom unser privater Steg mit 2 Schlafmöglichkeiten. (Angefüttert im ganzen Jahr)

Sie befinden sich direkt an der Donauufer. Dieser Teil von der Rackeve Donau ist nicht verbaut! Sie sind inmitten der Schlifflandschaft und direkt am Wasser. Ein Traum für Ferien mit Wassersport und Fischen. Und doch liegt Budapest City nur paar Minuten entfernt.
Der Dorf liegt paar Gehminuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten / Bank / Tabak / Arzt / Apotheke sind innert 5-10 Gehminuten erreichbar. Grosse Einkaufszentren wie Obi / Tesco etc in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto oder mit dem ÖV erreichbar (Bitte informieren Sie sich im Vorfeld übers Öv Netz)
