The beautiful Villa Antonela impresses with its timeless design and high level of comfort. With a living space of 420 square meters, it can accommodate up to 13 people. It has five bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with dining area and an entertainment room. On the ground floor of the villa there is a stylishly furnished living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom and a bathroom. The remaining four bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, and the entertainment room are located on the second floor.

The open-plan living, dining and cooking area on the first floor leads directly onto the beautiful terrace with access to the 32 square meter private pool, which is perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. The outdoor bubble bath also provides additional relaxation. To keep boredom at bay, there is also a pool table, darts and table football. However, if you would rather put your culinary skills to the test and try out some of the many regional specialties, you can do so on the barbecue in the well-tended garden. The 1000 square meter property is fully fenced and has four parking spaces. In short, at Villa Antonela you will find everything you need for a perfect and carefree vacation in Istria.

This beautiful villa is located in Rogovici, in the nearby village of Tar with interesting cultural and recreational events (e.g. donkey races), as well as close to Porec and only 4 km from the beach. Porec is a town with a rich cultural heritage, whose massive city walls defy time and greet visitors from all over the world. Don't miss a visit to the Euphrasian Basilica. Built in the middle of the 6th century in Byzantine style, the church is considered one of the most beautiful works of art in the world. The nearby small town of Visnjan is situated on the top of a hill, surrounded by rich forests of the picturesque Istrian countryside. The ancient terrace on the main square, which can be entered through a Venetian arch, gives an amazing sea view. Since the days of Venetian rule, Visnjan served as a well-known trading center where all kinds of agricultural products and tools were sold. Even today, a traditional open market is held on the last Thursday of every month, which is a special attraction for people from all over Istria. Visnjan is also world famous for its astronomical observatory.
