If you are looking for a relaxing vacation away from the city crowds, Villa Niazi is the perfect choice for you! The charmingly furnished and designed villa with pool has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests. On the first floor of the villa you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining table, a living room with a fireplace and a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
In the living room you will find a comfortable sofa from which you can enjoy a wonderful sea view, ideal for movie nights with family or friends, a small table and a large TV. The patio door in the living room offers a breathtaking view of the pool and the beautiful landscape. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. One room has access to the balcony. In the outdoor area of the villa on the terrace there is a table with 10 chairs where you can serve a delicious meal prepared on the available charcoal barbecue. There is also garden furniture where you can relax with a cold drink after a long day of fun. Refresh yourself in the pool by the terrace or relax on the sun loungers. Sunbathing on the sun loungers will round off your day. Villa Niazi is ideal for a nice vacation with family or friends and will delight you with its peaceful and beautiful surroundings.Villa Niazi is located in the small village of Moscenicka Draga, not far from Opatija. Once a small fishing village, today a popular tourist destination.
It is said that Moscenicka Draga was created at the point where the Ucka mountain plunges into the sea. It is precisely this location that has given the town a romantic image that continues to this day. The popularity of Moscenicka Draga is also reflected in the fact that noblemen from Opatija came here on romantic dates with their chosen ones. The beautiful Lungomare promenade is ideal for evening strolls with the sound of the sea followed by a magnificent sunset.
Of course, beaches and clear sea are a must for a perfect summer vacation. According to many, Moscenicka Draga is home to one of the most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic, Sipar. Go to the beach, choose your spot under the sun and enjoy the sea and all the pleasures it offers. The beaches of Uboka and Jelenscica are located outside the town, but are definitely worth a visit.
If you are more interested in an active vacation, choose one of the hiking or cycling trails and explore the untouched nature that surrounds the town.
