Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. The staircase leading to the mezzanine is steep.

Terrata: Simple apartment block. 7.8 km from the centre of Golfo Aranci, in a sunny, elevated position, 1 km from the sea. Motor access to 30 m from the house. Stepped path (24 steps) to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bar 4 km, café 4 km, sandy beach "terrata" 1 km. Sports harbour 7.8 km, tennis 4.5 km.
