The approx. 55 m² two-room vacation apartment for 2 people is located in the basement of the owner's house on the 500 m² residential property in a quiet residential area in the Röbel district of Marienfelde. The lido on the Müritz is approx. 1 km away and the city center approx. 3 km away. The apartment was completely renovated and refurnished in 2021. There is a living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function, flat screen TV), a bedroom (double bed), a separate kitchen (dining table, electric stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, various kitchen appliances) as well as a bathroom with shower/WC and a storage room. There is a furnished outdoor seating area, a barbecue, a lockable bicycle shed and a parking space. Internet (WLAN) is also available. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, water and energy consumption. Towels must be brought along. In the health resort Röbel/Müritz there is a visitor's tax, which has to be paid on site. The staircase to the apartment entrance has no railing. Therefore, the apartment is not suitable for people with severe walking difficulties.

The small town of Röbel/Müritz is a recognized health resort located directly on the west bank of the Müritz and is embedded in a slightly hilly landscape. It is characterized by the charming old town with its many restored half-timbered houses in the tranquil ring lanes, the two imposing early Gothic church towers and the beautiful riverside promenade at the town harbour. There you will find passenger boat moorings, restaurants, cafés and a modern waterway rest area. The many boathouses, some of which are thatched, give Röbel a very individual, maritime flair. You can swim in either the outdoor pool or the fun and sports pool in the Müritztherme. The popular Müritz cycle route in the direction of the Müritz National Park leads directly through Röbel, and with the Müritz National Park ticket you can also use the passenger boat service. Not far from Röbel, in the village of Bollewick, is Germany's largest fieldstone barn, where you can find many cultural events and regional products. The A 19 highway is approx. 10 km away.
