This charming vacation home in Cavaillon is located between the Luberon and the Pays des Sorgues and features a traditional farmhouse and a modern extension, making for a hassle-free stay. The farmhouse has a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, a study/reading area and a bedroom on the first floor. There are further bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor. The adjoining outbuilding offers an equipped kitchen, a spacious living/dining area, bedroom and WC. Outside, there is a pétanque court and a children's playground on the spacious fenced plot. A shaded terrace with gas barbecue offers direct access to the kitchen of the outbuilding. The private pool (12 x 8 m), which is secured with an alarm system, invites you to relax and has sun loungers. Please note: * The farmhouse and the modern outbuilding are connected on the first floor. * The owners live separately and do not use the pool or the garden. The property is located between Cavaillon and Isle sur la Sorgue: in the middle of the countryside, in the middle of extensive apple orchards. Nearest stores 3 km away: bakery, grocery store, fruit and vegetables, supermarkets. Nearby you can visit the high-altitude villages of the Luberon: Gordes, Ménerbes, Roussillon, Bonnieux, Isle sur la Sorgue: its market, its stores and very famous antique fairs, the village of Fontaine de Vaucluse. You are also very close to the medieval city of Avignon.
