Welcome to this charming and spacious house, furnished with antique furniture and mirrors, where you will feel transported back in time from the very first moment. A spacious and well-equipped living room and a complete kitchenette welcome you and promise you convivial hours. From the living room, two internal staircases with exquisite wrought iron railings lead to the upper floor and the lower floor. On the upper floor, you will find peace and quiet in the comfortable bedrooms. The lower floor, the tavern, can be reached via an antique wooden staircase. Here you will find an elegant sitting room, a late 19th century flat billiard table, complete with cues and numbered balls, in working order.

From the tavern you also have access to the outside area via two old-fashioned doors. In the cosy, private inner garden with deckchairs and parasol, you can sunbathe during the day, chat over a leisurely drink and end the day with a delicious outdoor barbecue. In the colder months, you can snuggle up in the rocking chair in front of the open fire.

Corciano is a typical medieval village, dominated by the majestic castle and surrounded by walls dating back to the 13th-14th centuries. The old town centre is remarkably untouched and well-preserved, and the pretty village exudes a charming atmosphere. Experience the small alleyways steeped in an exciting historical heritage and enjoy the marvellous views of the lush Umbrian countryside. The location of the house is great for visiting impressive places. Explore the Etruscan necropolis of Strozzacapponi, visit the art city of Perugia and the medieval village of Magione with traces of the Romans and Etruscans, and head to Lake Trasimeno for relaxation and discovery. In San Feliciano you can stroll along the shore, eat fish or take the ferry to the small romantic islands of the lake. There are smaller and larger bathing bays all along the lake, including some with sandy beaches.
