Die Ferienwohnung DUAI ist eine 3 1/2 Zimmer Wohnung im Anbau des Hotel Helvetia in Müstair: Baujahr 2024. Die Gesundheitsoase, so nennen wir den neuen Anbau, liegt im Dorfzentrum von Müstair und trotzdem an ruhiger Lage.
Ein Doppelzimmer mit Arvenmöbeln und Boxspringbetten, wie ein Zimmer mit 2 Kajhüttenbetten (für 4 Kinder oder auch Erwachsene) Wohnraum und Küche sind kombiniert. Nasszellenbereich ist mit Valserstein ausgekleidet. Föhn und Frotteewäsche sind vorhanden. Optimale Einrichtung; Sat-TV und WLAN. Küche mit Backofen, inkl. Küchengeschirr und Nespressokaffeemaschine (Kaffeekapseln von Badilatti kann an der Hotelréception gekauft werden). Die Wohnung hat einen Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen. Im Parterre der Gesundheitsoase hat es ein Schwimmbad (im Preis inbegriffen) Der SPA kann extra dazugebucht werden wie auch von einem tollen Massageangebot dürfen unsere Gäste profitieren. Die Gartenanlage wir im Sommer 2025 komplett neu gestaltet. Die Wohnung wird zu einem Pauschalpreis vermietet.
