Finca Sa Sinia dEs Trenc is a brilliant example of the perfect symbiosis between an old Mallorcan country house and modern architecture. The result is impressive and extremely successful. The property's stimulating effect is probably also due to its isolated location and its agricultural character - no immediate neighbours, just fields and lush vegetation as far as the eye can see. A harmonious atmosphere in which relaxation takes centre stage. Due to the structure that has grown over many years, you can expect a varied and extremely beautiful garden full of olive and carob trees, cypresses and fruit trees. Natural stone paths lead through the unspoilt grounds. The pool area is close to the house and is also slightly elevated as it can be reached via a few steps. The grounds are fenced with bamboo mats and offer a mobile safety device for children. The spacious and shallow pool (between 2 and 1.10 metres) is framed by a surrounding sun terrace. Two separate awnings with bamboo roofs offer shady and very relaxing sunbathing options on ergonomically shaped sun loungers. There are also covered terraces right next to the house, offering the opportunity to relax in the cosy shade. There is a professional table tennis table under one of them, but the highlight is the house's large covered terrace. This veranda has a table for 12 people with elegant seating furniture. The large dimensions of the veranda make it possible to combine the dining area with some sofas that serve as a chill-out area. While enjoying a barbecue together, you can see the cypress trees and the beautiful green garden in the distance. So you can end the day with a nice glass of Mallorcan red wine!

Most of the bedrooms are located in the old part of the building, which has of course been extensively renovated. It pays tribute to the original character of the building by keeping the historic quarry stone walls visible, creating a very special feel. The colour palette of the lounges is very subtle with white, beige and natural or lightly glazed woodwork and ivory tiles. All equipped with air conditioning, the spacious bedrooms not only offer a restful night's sleep, but also a cosy atmosphere. They are spread over two floors and are complemented by a total of six modern shower bathrooms, all en-suite. The double room with integrated bathroom is an example of innovative architecture and boundless thinking. An open-plan living concept in the form of a loft was realised on the ground floor of the new building. The large window elements that open out onto the terrace create a light-flooded living/kitchen/dining area. The comfortable beige sofa area overlooks the entire room. In the centre is the dining room with a solid rustic bench. The kitchen is visually separated by a centre island with a few stools. However, the beautiful and gleaming wooden cupboards with a complete, complex range of equipment do not need to be hidden away. This layout makes it easy to cook together and creates a communication space. A wonderful meeting place in the morning, when the smell of freshly brewed coffee wafts through the house and you plan the rest of your relaxing holiday in the pleasant morning air.

There is much to discover in this flat, coastal area: places such as Ses Salines, the salt pans of Campos, the coastal town of Colonia de Sant Jordi and, a little further afield, small villages such as Santanyi. They offer a representative selection of this southern coastal region, which is still heavily characterised by agriculture. In the surrounding area you will also find the beautiful white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters of Es Freu de Ses Covetes and Es Trenc. You can get there on foot, by bike or comfortably by car. So every day can be organised individually and freely. Wherever the day trips take you, one thing is certain: a stay at the dream estate Sa Sinia d'Es Trenc is no less attractive and promises a wonderfully relaxed and relaxing holiday for you!

Villa Sa Sinia d'Es Trenc consists of an old farmhouse and an extension, creating an exciting ensemble with a fantastic garden, pool area and terraces. The house is located south of Campos towards the coast. For shopping you can drive to Campos or Ses Salines, both towns are within the same distance of 6 km. As you are already halfway towards the coast, the sandy beaches here, especially the dream beach Es Trenc, are 15 minutes away by car.
