Magnificent scenery, sweeping views of the Tramuntana mountains, fields and forests - we are in the south of the island and visit Villa Es Estadors against this expansive, beautiful backdrop. The garden gives everything a Caribbean flair, which can also be found on the dream beach of Es Trenc; the swimming pool, decorated with blue mosaic tiles, has a surrounding sun terrace and is lined with palm trees. If you want to read a good book on the comfortable sun loungers or simply relax to the gentle rustle of the palm branches, the bamboo parasols provide pleasant shade. Discover the built-in barbecue next to the old fountain. Dine in the shade of the covered terrace at the round glass table with trendy synthetic rattan chairs. The lounge area is another cosy place, and not just for relaxing at the end of the day in the rustic atmosphere with exposed stone walls and antique carriage wheels. Alternatively, there is a roof terrace that can be reached from outside via an external staircase. From here you can watch the stars and listen to the crickets until a pleasant drowsiness overcomes you.

In the air-conditioned bedrooms, you will also find the peace and quiet you expect during your break from everyday life. The style of the furnishings and fittings with antique beds made of turned wood and other cosy elements convey the feeling of a holiday on a farm. At the same time, the rooms also offer the modern luxury of a flat-screen TV as a contrast to the rustic charm of times gone by. Floor-level walk-in showers in a total of two bathrooms complete the comfort that a family or small group of friends can find here. The living room with integrated dining area also exudes typical Mallorcan charm. The large upholstered furniture with floral patterns complements the naturalistic murals depicting idyllic rural scenes. There is a pleasantly gentle touch of kitsch in this beautiful property, which is particularly beneficial to guests' well-being. The rustic country kitchen is fully equipped with modern conveniences - an important feature for holidaymakers who opt for self-catering. Allow us a little tip: due to the central heating, this wonderfully casual villa can be booked all year round; and especially in the low season, when the climate on Mallorca is still very pleasant, it can be reserved at very favourable prices.

As the name suggests, Campos is a quiet place full of fields, so its character is more agricultural. The south of the island has a more leisurely pace. This also applies to Santanyí, where you can admire the golden-brown stone houses in picturesque narrow streets and the cosy bodegas that mainly serve local guests. Capers, sobrasada, goat's cheese and olives are just part of the Mallorcan cuisine that goes well with a glass of red wine. As the villa is close enough to hear the Ma-19, the motorway that connects Santanyí with the coast, you can explore the beautiful surroundings quickly and easily. On market days, the tranquil villages show a completely different face and you can experience a wonderfully colourful hustle and bustle. After the market, you can visit the fjord-like Cala Santanyei or the natural beach of Es Trenc to cool off. Beautiful turquoise-coloured water and typical Balearic light-heartedness await you in both places. The traditional Villa Rústica Es Estadors is characterised by its wonderful seclusion and a beautiful garden full of palm and olive trees. It is located just south of Campos, in the direction of Santanyí. Both towns are within easy reach, and the local supermarkets or the weekly market on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays offer sun-kissed, aromatic fruit and vegetables. The dream beach Es Trenc is only 10 minutes away by car.
