This wonderful and tastefully furnished hillside country house offers beautiful panoramic views over the valley and of the medieval village of Lugnano in Teverina, 3 km away. At the back, the house borders the road that leads to the village of Lugnano. In front of the vacation home you will find a beautiful, slightly sloping garden with olive trees and on the spacious property a pool with an adjacent whirlpool pool and a 100 m² lake with a depth of between 0.7 m and 1.0 m. The pool is located on the ground floor. In addition, you will have at your disposal an equipped gazebo, a table tennis table, a bocce court and a rustic terrace with a large dining table and barbecue. In all these outdoor areas you can relax after your day trips and end the day with a good glass of wine. The house has an American refrigerator with ice dispenser and on request you can put a single bed in one of the rooms on the second floor. From Attigliano train station, 8 km away, trains leave every hour for Rome and Florence. Distances: 3 km Lugnano in Teverina with stores of all kinds, 10 km Guardea and the Alviano Natural Park with cycling and hiking trails, 12 km Amelia and 25 km the ancient hamlet of Civita di Bagnoregio, also called the "dying city". To the beautiful Lake Bolsena is only 45 km.
