The Bijou apartment is located in a lovingly renovated historic Engadine house, combining the region's unmistakable charm with modern comfort. This cozy 2.5-room apartment is ideal for 2 guests and can accommodate up to 3 people thanks to the comfortable Bruno sofa bed.
The bedroom features a high-quality box spring bed, and the living room invites relaxation with a sofa and armchairs. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed for a comfortable stay: induction cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine, fondue and raclette set, and even a Technisat Bluetooth speaker. In the summer, a small private outdoor area with a bench and flower box invites guests to unwind. Two entrances—one from outside and one via the staircase—provide flexibility.
For added comfort, communal facilities are available, including a ski and bike storage room, a ski boot room with a boot dryer, a shared laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board, as well as garage or outdoor parking (subject to availability) and an electric car charging station.
As a special highlight, guests can enjoy the spacious and luxurious wellness and fitness area with a sauna, swimming channel, and Technogym equipment—perfect for ending the day in the relaxed atmosphere of the Engadine house. Massages can also be offered directly at the house.
The Chesa Unica is located in the historic center of Zuoz. Shops, sports stores, restaurants, and the ski slope are within walking distance.
This apartment can be connected by a direct staircase with the Historica apartment, providing accommodations for up to 9 people.
