The beautiful historical centre of Tropea – 5 km away – is reached within a few minutes’ drive. The nearest fine sandy beach is only 1 km away, about 10 min on foot.
The villa once used to be the dwelling place of a contadino, a small farmer, who cultivated the surrounding fields. Today’s owner has renovated the house very stylishly. Thus, the broad, white walls with the simple, but beautiful interior spread the unique ambience of calm rural life.
