The holiday apartment is in Telgruc sur mer, at the start of the Crozon peninsula. It is an ideal starting point for exploring the north and south of the Finistère area. It is in a very quiet little village facing the sea, just a kilometre from a fine sandy beach, which is safe and suitable for children. It is an ideal place for quiet and relaxing holiday days.

The apartment in a pretty row house is at ground level and provides 45m² of living space for two people. It has a living room with a sofa, flatscreen TV, DVD player and wireless Internet access. The kitchen is modern and fully-equipped with a fridge, gas stove with oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The bedroom has a double bed (140 x 190cm). There is also a bathroom with a shower and there is a separate WC. A travel cot is available for toddlers. There are a washing machine and a dryer in a communal room 20 metres from the apartment.

The terrace has a garden suite, a parasol and a grill. The site is suitable for children. There is a private parking space. It is also possible to park near the apartment. You can enjoy an open view of the sea from the veranda. You can enjoy the peace and quiet of the Breton landscape and, owing to the coastal path, the proximity of the beach just 400 metres away.

The apartment is at ground level and is wheelchair accessible.

All shops (small supermarket, bakery, hairdresser, doctor, pharmacy, newspaper kiosk, bars) are 2km from the holiday apartment. It is ideal for a range of hikes along the coastal paths. The hiking trail GR34 is 500 metres from the apartment and is safe for adults and young people. The beautiful, fine sandy beach “Trez Bellac” is just a kilometre from your holiday residence. It is very safe for children, who can also become acquainted with water sports at the sailing school.

    “Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, in der Küche sind alle notwendigen Geräte vorhanden. Darunter auch Küchenmixer, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und große Töpfe sowie Besteck für Meeresfrüchte. Trotz sehr ruhiger Lage ist der Markt in Crozon mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar, ein kleinerer Supermarkt ist vor Ort. Die Wohnung ist sauber. Besonders hervorgehoben werden kann die Terrasse, die zum Grillen sehr gut geeignet ist. Über eine Glasschiebetür ist Küche und Wohnzimmer gut zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: im Umkreis von 10 min. gut, im Umkreis von 20 min. hervorragend. Sportmöglichkeiten: Meer in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gastronomie: Lebensmittel/ Markt ist gut erreichbar.
    Ruhige Lage, keine großen Straßen, wundervolle Landschaft.”
