Flat in residence in Tombola di Giannella, with independent entrance, private outdoor parking and air conditioning.At the foot of Monte Argentario, just 250 metres from the beach which stretches for 7 km, the location is ideal for holidays dedicated to sport and relaxation. Monte Argentario offers a rare natural beauty, with wooded hills, olive groves and vineyards, beaches and ancient fishing villages such as Porto Ercole and Santo Stefano. From the port of Santo Stefano you can take the ferry to the island of Giglio or the natural park of Giannutri. The flats of the residence are simply furnished and all have a terrace or an outdoor space. They consist of a bedroom with double and single bed, 1 bathroom and 1 living room with sofa bed and kitchenette. At guests' disposal: tennis court, launderette, children's playground, bar and restaurant with fish specialities.

    “Keine Klimaanlage, nur Italienisches Fernsehen, kein W-Lan. Keine Infomappe im Zimmer. In den letzten Tagen wurde uns ein verdreckter Ventilator vor die Türe gestellt. Im Schlafzimmer keine Deckenlampe, Rasen an der Terrasse war lückenhaft Unrat vom Bäumen lag. Für das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis zu teuer. Rezeption nur English - wenig Infomaterial. Zum nächsten Supermarkt ca. 1,0 km - am besten Fahrrad mitnehmen.
