In quiet and peaceful surroundings in Helberskov pine and birch groves is this modern and functional holiday cottage. No letting to youth groups.The mild Kattegat coast provides ample opportunities to enjoy the beach. The house is located in Himmerland's lush and varied nature with vast forests, meadows, heaths, bogs, lakes and deep green gorges.The house has two bathrooms with underfloor heating, one with a whirlpool and sauna that can be enjoyed after a good hike in the area.There are three spatial bedrooms, with high-vaulted ceiling, TV, wardrobes and box mattresses.Kitchen, with all appliances, is combined with the bright living room with flat screen with mostly German channels and wood-burning stove for the cooler evenings as well as air condition.From the living room there is access to the partially covered terrace. From the terrace there is a clear view of the garden where there is plenty of space for ball games. The garden has a sandpit, swings and outdoor shower.

    “Hier war alles so weit echt gut. Die Aufteilung der Räume echt super. Die Lages des Hauses echt Klasse. Nur wenige Meter zum Wasser. Große Terrasse. Hier können Hunde auch nicht weglaufen, da abgeschlossener Bereich.
    Schade war, dass der Herd nicht gut funktionierte. Unsere Pizzen waren nach 25 Min. immer noch nicht fertig. Hier ging die Hitze des Ofens irgend wo weg. Leider kam sie nicht bei der Pizza an!
    Weiterhin war die Sauberkeit nicht befriedigend. Selbst in den Porzellanschalen im Schrank waren Hundehaare zu finden. Ich habe selber einen Hund, aber das ging mir doch etwas zu weit.     “Eingezäunte Terrasse, die für Urlauber mit kleinen Kindern oder mit Hunden ideal ist. Das Ferienhaus lag sehr ruhig, so dass man sehr gut entspannen konnte. Das Jägerhus im Als Oddevej ist sehr urig und hat leckeres Essen (ggf. vorher reservieren, da sehr wenige Tische). Wer zu einem Sandstrand will, sollte nach Öster Hurup fahren. Am Ferienhaus gibt es an der Ostsee nur Schilf.”

    “Aufteilung, Grösse, grosse Terrasse, die grosszügig eingezäunt ist, super für Gäste mit Hund. Grosser Garten. Essen gehen ist def. zu teuer, für das, was man bekommt . / Wäscheleine und Klammern mitnehmen, das fehlt im Haus und wer feuchtes Toilettenpapier benutzt, auch von zu Hause mitbringen, gibt es beim regionalen Supermarkt ( Meny in Als ) nicht.”
