On the ground floor of an apartment house in close proximity to the sea, you will find this spacious and modernly furnished vacation apartment. The house is located in a quiet area and is surrounded by plants, which allows you to enjoy a pleasant stay on your private terrace. Here you can make yourself comfortable with your family in a cozy bright atmosphere, eat your meals together and enjoy the view over the bay while sipping your coffee.

In just a few steps you can reach the refreshing deep blue sea, which also invites you to snorkel. This house is located in the northwest of the island of Krk and is the first place you will reach after crossing the bridge. Moreover, a walk through Omisalj itself is worthwhile. The dense rows of houses and the narrow streets characterize the townscape and the rich cultural offer leaves nothing to be desired. There is a wide range of sports on offer to suit all ages and tastes. Nature lovers should visit the Dubec Nature Park and get to know the local flora and fauna. Even the world famous Plitivice Lakes National Park is not far away. In 22 minutes drive you can reach the cultural center of Krk, where you can stroll through the old town, immerse yourself in the history of the island and stroll through the alleys. Finally, you can taste local or international cuisine, have a glass of wine in one of the taverns and admire the sunset. During the summer months, the town of Krk hosts many events such as a three-day town festival with numerous performances, literary fairs, concerts and exhibitions.

    “Die Ferienwohnung sah genau so aus wie beschrieben im Internet. Die Lage ist super, 3 min Weg zum Meer wo man direkt baden gehen kann, zwar Kies aber dennoch super klares Wasser. Zum Preis/-Leistungsverhältnis war alles gut. Dennoch brauchte die Wohnung erstmal eine Grundreinigung (viel Staub z.b). Endreinigung ist immer nach Abreise wichtig.”
