    “Günstige Lage zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, sowie zu den Attraktionen am Hafen von Medulin. Das Haus selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet und modern eingerichtet.
    Die Rückzugsmöglichkeiten für bis zu 12 Personen waren gut, da eine menge Freizeitspass wie Swimmingpool, Billard, Kicker, Tischtennis, Trampolin und Fitness angeboten wurde. Leider waren die Betten von unterschiedlicher Qualität und es gab in den Bädern zuwenig Möglichkeiten die Handtücher und andere Utensilien aufzuhängen.”

    “Ontzettend mooi en ruim huis. Het was nog groter en mooier dan op de foto's. Het huis is super goed onderhouden en ook heel erg schoon met een fantastisch mooie tuin en zwembad.Handig om te weten is dat alleen de woonkamer, keuken en twee slaapkamers boven airconditioning hebben. Wij hebben (met 10 personen) een fantastische week gehad.”

    “Die Villa Iva war ein absoluter Glücksgriff!! Das Haus und der Garten sind wunderschön und äußerst gepflegt. Direkt daneben gibt es einen Metzger, 200 Meter entfernt zwei Supermärkte und 600 Meter entfernt einen Bäcker. Also auch die Lage ist perfekt!
    Lediglich der Strand ist auf der anderen Seite vom Ort, aber das war für uns kein Problem, weil wir sowieso lieber an die idyllischen Buchten des 10 Kilometer entfernten Kap Karmenjak gefahren sind.”

    “An amazing house in northern Croatia, fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday. We spent almost a week in the house and had a great time. We were 12 people, 7-84 years of age and each of us could find a nice place and things to do.
    The owner was very helpful and met us both when we arrived quite late and when we left really early.
    We highly recommend this house for a wonderful vacation in Istria!”
