This independent apartment is set in a two-family house in a green area with small villas. It is adjacent to other houses and enjoys a hilly location with panoramic views of the sea. First floor: large open loft with one area for guests equipped with sofa bed, table and chairs. The remaining area can be used as a storeroom. The sea is only 500 metres away and can be reached on foot. This coastline of Tuscany offers exclusive resorts, crystalline water, rock and pebble beaches, and small bathing establishments. The area is rich in beautiful landscapes; enjoy fascinating sunsets over the sea. The centre of Quercianella with all services, is about 1 km away. Distances: Castiglioncello 9 km, Livorno 10 km, Rosignano 16 km, Pisa 40 km, Florence 110km. Nearby are boat rental, windsurf school, sailing and diving. A road, almost completely shielded by thick vegetation, runs below in about 50 m as the crow flies. A railway line, which is also not visible, runs in approximately 250 m distance.

    “Nettes Haus für 4 Personen, 2 weitere Personen müssen im nicht fertigausgebauten Dachgeschoss schlafen (ungemütlich). Bis auf die Küche recht sauber. Lieder nur eine kleine Terasse, auf die entweder der Tisch oder die Liegestühle passen. Im Rest des Gartens stehen Blumentröge, sodass er nicht benutzbar ist.
    Leider hört man die SS1 (Via Aurelia) sehr gut, da sie 3 Häuserreihen hangabwärts durch den Ort führt. Die Anwohnerstraße führt ca. 3m am Schlafzimmerfenster vorbei mit einer Kurve (Italiener hupen gerne vor den Kurven), das andere Schlafzimmer geht in die andere Richtung.
    Nette Vermieter, Bruder wohnt im unteren Teil des Hauses und ist sehr hilfbereit (Tipps für Touren etc.).
