The 25 m²patio with lounge chairs, an awning and a dining area is only a stone's throw from the beach and provides the perfect setting for al fresco dining in a private setting. A parking space can be rented in the parking garage of the same building upon request and at a fee, offering elevator access to the apartment floor.

This luxurious apartment, which offers two bedrooms, is fully furnished with attention to detail. The spacious living room and the kitchen have unobstructed views over the Atlantic Ocean and are fully equipped. The living room, with its comfortable sofa and coffee table also has a 42 inch LED flat screen television with more than 100 English, German, French and other foreign channels, a stereo and a DVD player. The DVD player also reads other forms of data, such as Xvid, Mpeg or Avi and has a USB plug. The living room also offers a dining table with four chairs and a bar with two bar stools. A highchair is available, as well. The small designer kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a glass ceramic stove, an oven, a microwave, dishes and much more. A washing machine can be found in the laundry room on the patio. Both bedrooms offer a large wardrobe and face a quiet side road. High speed wireless internet is available and can be accessed anywhere in the apartment free of charge. The wireless password will be provided to you upon your arrival. Fresh linens (including baby bed linens) are included in the rental price. Upon your arrival, you will be provided with a two piece towel set, consisting of a larger and a smaller towel per person, at no charge. You can have your towels changed during your stay for a fee. A good selection of movies and books, some architectural, photographic and art magazines can be found in the second bedroom. We provide a child's cot for children up to two years at no cost. It is a sturdy wooden crib with a quality mattress (linens included) and not just a cheap travel cot. There are also some toys and children's books for your little one.

It is only a few minutes' walk via the beach promenade of 'Las Canteras', to the 'Auditorio Alfredo Kraus' (with its international film and classical music festival) and to the large shopping centre 'Las Arenas'. The commercial centre of the town of 'Mesa y López' (with the famous shopping centre 'Corte Inglés') can easily be reached on foot. The old town of Las Palmas (Vegeta/Triana) can easily be reached with a bus or by taxi. This amazing property is located in one of the most desirable neighbourhoods of Las Palmas. It is located in a posh building in a fancy neighbourhood. Restaurants, shops and bars can be found close by. A variety of aquatic sports can be done nearby: wind and kite surfing, scuba diving, canoeing and sailing and much more. There are also several spas where you can enjoy a beauty treatment. Take a dip in the Atlantic Ocean across from the apartment. Come here and let the sound of the ocean's waves relax you.

The building that the apartment is located in has two entrances. One of the entrances is level access (no steps) to the boardwalk, making it accessible for people who are mobility impaired. The elevator is very spacious and allows direct access from the apartment to the underground parking.

    “Uns hat sie Aussicht aufs Meer, von der Terrasse aus sehr gut gefallen. Was für uns als Familie mit einem Kleinkind wichtig war, dass alles in der Umgebung wie Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bus von Apartment aus gut zu erreichen war. Diese Erwartungen hat die Unterkunft allesamt erfüllt.”

    “Very nice apartment!
    Everything of high quality. Bed, child bed, kitchen, sofa, TV, etc.
    Everything you could need during your stay is there. (beach tent / umbrella, kitchen machines such as a beloved Nespresso machine, dishwasher with tabs, washing machine with tabs etc)
    A bodyboard would have been a nice addition to have some fun given the location of the place (surfers part of the beach), but those are details.

    The terrace is just perfect! You have a nice electrical sun awning so you can choose at any time if you want to relax in the sun or shade.
    You have a wonderful view of Las Canteras beach and the terrace is the perfect place for your evening dinners with a nice sunset.

    You also get a lot of nice and valuable information from the owner about everything that is close by and how to get to places.”

    “Die Wohnung bietet perfekte Aussicht auf den Playa de las Canteras, eine tolle, großzügige Terrasse mit Holzboden (sehr angenehm!), ist modern und angenehm gestaltet, (viel Stauraum) und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat auch an vielen Kleinigkeiten nicht gemangelt. Tabs für Spül- und Waschmaschine, schöne Auflagen, schwere Holzmöbel auf der Terrasse, die sich trotz ständigen Windes nicht bewegen konnten, kleiner Abstellraum mit Waschmaschine, Angel, Kinderspielzeug für den Strand und Wäscheleinen, alles durchdacht. Rollos von guter Qualität überall. Es ist sehr ruhig, nur das Rauschen des Meeres, wir haben nie die Nachbarn gehört, (die übrigens sehr freundlich waren, ebenso wie das reizende Personal), für Sicherheit ist überall gesorgt. Die offene Küche hat uns sehr gut gefallen, das durchdachte Lichtkonzept in der Wohnung ist perfekt. Einziger Punkt: Eine gemeinsame Bettdecke konnten wir so schlecht teilen und die Kopfkissen haben uns auch einen kleinen Kampf geliefert, es hätten in etwas größerer Form auch gern zwei (bezogene) sein dürfen für jeden. Die Wohnung ist angenehm für zwei Personen, das Bad recht klein, zwei passen nicht hinein. (Aber auch hier wieder Schubladen für das Badgedöns, kein Duschvorhang in der Badewanne, sondern mobile Glasscheibe). Die Lage des Apartments ist optisch wunderbar, liegt aber am stärksten Windbereich des Strandes, so dass die schöne Terrasse von uns nicht häufig benutzt werden konnte, deshalb halten wir den Preis für deutlich an der oberen Grenze und geben 4 von 5 Sternen.”

    “Vielen Dank für Ihre ausführliche Bewertung. Ich finde es schade, dass Sie aufgrund des Windes mir nur 4 Sternen gegeben haben. Das übliche bei meinen begeisterten Gästen sind es 5 Sterne. Ich kann leider für das gute Wetter, sei es für ausreichende Sonne oder windlose Tage nicht sorgen, dennoch es freut mich zu hören, dass Sie mit allem in der Wohnung befindlichen Extras mehr oder weniger zufrieden waren. Zu Ihre Äußerung von wegen "liegt aber am stärksten Windbereich des Strandes" muss ich Ihnen aber bitte nicht Recht geben und ich finde Ihre Meinung nicht fair. Alle Wohnungen an der ersten Linie von Las Canteras Strand sind bei windigem Tagen immer gleichermaßen von Wind betroffen, vor allem wenn diese hoch über dem Strand auf das Meer schauen. Sie haben somit bei meinen potenziellen Gästen den Eindruck erweckt, meine Wohnung wäre sehr vom Wind exponiert, was überhaupt nicht stimmt! Es ist immer sehr schwierig alle Wünsche unterschiedlicher Gäste zu erfüllen. Wir versuchen immer das Maximum zu machen und das wird immer mit 5 Sternen, nicht nur bei Atraveo sondern auch bei vielen andere Internetportalen honoriert. Ich glaube für den Preis denn Sie bei der Miete meiner Wohnung (inkl. alle Extras) würden Sie nicht in einem 5 Sterne Hotel mit weiteren ein vergleichbares bekommen... Hätten Sie das über die gemeinsame vorhandene standardgemäss nicht für Sie ausreichende 210 x 220 cm Grossdecke während Ihren Aufenthalt oder die von Ihnen erwünschten zwei separaten Decken vor Ihrem Aufenthalt erwähnt, hätten wir dafür gesorgt, dass Sie eine zweite große Decke bekommen... Gleichermaßen hätten wir auch eine Lösung mit den Kopfkissen gefunden. Danke trotzdem für alle weiteren positiven Kommentare.”
