The holiday apartment is located in a semi-detached house, built in 2013 and is modern and functional furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the lake from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: parasol, sun lounger and terrace. All facilities of the residence can be used by guests staying at the accommodation. Cot and high chair subject to availability, on request.

Tignale, district Aer - Frazione di Tignale, 450 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a closed garden plot with flowers and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The holiday apartment can be in ground floor (with garden and terrace) or on the 1st floor (with terrace). Tignale is a consortium of six villages that are widely spreaded on a plateau above the western lake. This town is the ideal place for total relaxation, away from the crowds at the lake. The access goes via a path (length 5 m). Parking lot on the property.
