The apartment is in an apartment building with a view of the sea, in a central location in town.
This two-room apartment, consisting of a big living room with two sofa beds and a fully-equipped kitchen niche, a spacious bathroom and a big bedroom, is very well equipped: an electronic door lock, a safe for valuables, a big cupboard, satellite TV, DVD player, Internet connection, heating and air conditioning, an iron, a bath with massage shower jets, a WC with a separate bidet, a hairdryer. The bedroom has a double bed (190 x 190cm) that can also be separated. The rental price included cleaning twice a week and two changes of bed linen and towels (additional services payable, see supplementary costs).
There is a big balcony with a lovely view and there is also a garage. You can share use of a roof terrace.
As the apartment is centrally located right in town, you can walk to shops and restaurants. The sea is also just 250 metres away.
