Lovingly furnished and spacious holiday home with a large garden and a private pool

The 90 m² holiday home is situated on a 1000 m² property. There are two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed (1.50 m x 1.90 m) and an air conditioning unit, while the other is furnished with two single beds (1.05 m x 1.90 m). The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet. The very spacious living room combines the kitchen, dining and living areas. The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and a toaster. The dining table is ideal for meals together and the living area is furnished with two sofa beds, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player and a stereo. A washing machine, iron and WLAN are also available to you in the house.

This typical Canarian holiday home is situated in the quiet suburb of Trejo, south of San Bartolomé de Tirajana. The place is located in the interior of Gran Canaria, surrounded by mountains and forests, near a large water dam. The house was built in 2006 and last renovated in 2012.

The owner lives in the same area, only about 1 km away. The town centre is about a kilometre away. The nearest shopping possibility is about 2 km away, as are the nearest restaurant and outdoor pool. The nearest sandy beach, the sea and the nearest airport are approximately 23 km away. A golf course is about 25 km away.

In the large garden, you’ll find sun loungers under the shade of the fruit trees as well as a grill/barbecue and garden furniture on the terrace. The highlight of the outdoor area is, however, the 4 m x 5 m pool (1.30 m deep) for your exclusive use (heated from December - April). The whole property is fenced. Your car can be parked on the grounds of the house.

    “Wir können nicht die volle Punktzahl geben, weil:
    -Die Küchenausstattung könnte besser sein bei Besteck (scharfe Messer) und Geschirr (Schälchen und Schüsseln) und Weingläser. Haben wir teilweise selber gekauft.

    Die Beschreibung stimmt auch nicht mehr ganz. Es gab keinen Kamin und auch keine Musikanlage. Ausserdem kein zweites Schlafzimmer mit Einzelbetten. Nur ein Schlafsofa im Wohn-Esszimmer.

    Ansonsten ist das Haus absolut in Ordnung, sehr ruhig und schön gelegen. Nur die Zufahrt von der Hauptstrasse ist an einer Stelle sehr! eng. Ein grosser und langer Wagen wird seine Probleme haben. Man kann aber auch davor an der Strasse parken und dann noch ca. 70m laufen.
    Der Pool ist gut beheizt und reicht. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sprechen aber nur spanisch. Das ist aber heute dank Übersetzungs-Apps kein Problem mehr.”

    “Ruhig und landschaftlich reizvoll gelegenes, gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit schönem Pool und sonnigem Grundstück sowie auch schattigen Plätzen, bequemen Garten- und Liegemöbeln.
    Angenehm ist besonders auch die große Wohnküche, es fehlt lediglich ein Backofen, die Trinkgläser und Schüsseln könnten ein wenig aufgestockt werden.
    Wegen der engen Zufahrtsstraße sollte kein zu großes Auto gewählt werden (ein 1er BMW passt so gerade).
    Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch die sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und angenehme Betreuung durch den Eigentümer Pedro!
    Wir haben uns 2 Wochen rundum wohlgefühlt!”
