The two bathrooms have a bath, shower and washing machine. All the rooms are light and inviting. There is a stereo system. The windows are double-glazed and have shutters. A fan is also available.
There are two large balconies and a terrace with a sea view, with seating furniture and a parasol, a deckchair and a barbecue. A car parking space is provided.
The sea is just 9 minutes away and Tropea 11 minutes. There are shops, bars and restaurants 5 minutes away by car. There is a free shuttle bus to the seaside.
