The 95 m² holiday house, which is situated in a neighbourhood of holiday rentals was completed in 2014 and accommodated up to four people-. The level access house sits on a 650 m² enclosed property in Playa Blanca in southern Lanzarote.
The living room grants access to the large patio, which is ideal for al fresco dining. The highlight of the property is the pool. The pool area offers a chill out area, a barbecue, an outdoor shower and many typical Canary plants, such as palm trees and cacti. Parking is also available at the house.
It boasts two bedrooms, which both offer views of the pool and are decorated with a warm colour scheme. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. There are two bathrooms: one is part of the master bedroom and boasts a shower tub, a sink and a toilet. The kitchen is fully furnished with a stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a refrigerator and a coffee maker. The kitchen and the living room are separated by a bar. The living room is furnished with a sectional, a television with satellite television, a DVD player and a stereo. The house also offers wireless internet access. For a fee, a crib and a high chair are available upon request.
Options for activities abound in the vicinity of the house: aquatic sports, cultural activities, etc. It is only a few kilometres to the popular national park Timanfaya and the gorgeous beaches on the south coast. You can also take a trip to the island Lobos. The ferry terminal is only about 4 km from the house. The nearest restaurant and shops can be found about 1 km from the house. There is also a golf court nearby (about 200 meters). It is about 1 kilometre to the beach and the ocean and 26 kilometres to the airport.
