These holiday apartments are situated in a nice house on a shared fenced plot. CKO521 is a two-storey apartment with a breathtaking, panoramic view of the Kvarner Bay and the minimum height of the ceiling on the top floor is 50 cm. The apartments CKO523 and CKO681 also have a sea view. All the apartments have either a balcony or a terrace. The shared pool offers you refreshment and bath fun. Ika is a small fishing and holiday village on the Riviera of Opatija, where you can enjoy numerous cultural and sports activities. You can also taste the delicious traditional cuisines of the region.

    “app is ok maar geen airco in de kamer zoals op een van de foto's te zien is, dit klopt niet. op de kamers boven kan het warm zijn om te slapen. De elektriciteit valt uit wanneer er teveel apparaten samen aan het werken zijn. zwembad en terras zijn ok. ook is het er zeer stil en rustig wel last van muggen.
    bij ons verbijf werden we allemaal door insecten gebeten op de benen met verschrikkelijke jeuk tot gevolg. Er moet in de matrassen bedwantsen hebben gezeten want in de kamer waren geen muggen. thuis naar dokter van wacht geweest voor zalf en pilletjes tegen jeuk. Eigenaars kunnen geen engels en maar zeer gebrekkig duits wat het moeilijk maakt iets uit te leggen.
