    “Der Ort Worpswede liegt schön am Weyerberg (Erhebung 54 m). Er verfügt über schöne alte Fachwerkhäuser und viel alten Baumbestand, was ihm viel Charme verleiht. Bekannt wurde er durch die vielen Künstler (vor allem Maler), die ab 1880 etwa hier lebten. Man kann einige Museen besuchen. Weiterhin empfehlenswert ist der kleine Ort Fischerhude, ca 20 km von Worpswede entfernt.”
