Villa Kety in the hamlet of Prodani, Makarska, is nestled in nature and offers the ideal place for a relaxing holiday in a secluded location. The villa with pool has its own parking space in the hamlet of Prodani and is accessible for pedestrians via a 150 metre long, illuminated concrete path. Carts are available for convenient luggage transfer.

Despite its seclusion, the villa was completely renovated in 2015 and offers all the amenities of a modern villa with pool. The kitchen is furnished in retro style and fully equipped. The living room has a sofa bed, a large TV and a fireplace. The entire house is air-conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and access to a shared balcony. Both rooms are equipped with comfortable beds, wardrobes and air conditioning. A garden with seasonal fruit and vegetables surrounds the villa, and a stone table with barbecue invites you to eat outside.

The private pool with wooden deck offers a marvellous view of the sea and the islands. A large solar shower provides refreshment. The villa is surrounded by unspoilt nature and offers a special place to connect with nature. The entire house has heating and is fully air-conditioned.
The villa is suitable and permitted for a maximum of 4 adults and one child up to a maximum of 6 years.

The nearest beach is only 2 km away, while you will find the supermarket just 500 metres away and the restaurant 600 metres away. The lively town centre of Makarska is only 3 km away and offers a variety of entertainment and shopping options.
